The Cascade Conservation District (cascadecd.com) was formerly known as Cascade County Conservation District. Conservation Districts (CDs) work locally to fulfill the state’s policy to conserve soil, water, and other natural resources of the state. The Cascade Conservation District (CCD) covers all areas within the county boundaries except within the original (1947) city limits of Great Falls, Belt and Cascade.

This conservation website provides a wealth of information on the following topics:

CCD Administrative Assistant

CASCADE CONSERVATION DISTRICT has a part or full-time opening for the position of ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.  This position is for an innovative thinker with an outgoing, cheerful personality, dedicated to building and maintaining the CCD team.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter, be able to follow both written and oral instructions, and be able to multi-task and prioritize.  The individual must have experience in an office setting, a working familiarity with commonly used equipment, such as multi-line telephones, copiers, fax, etc. and have experience with programs such as MicroSoft Office, Quickbooks, EXCEL and Publisher.  The successful candidate will be able to communicate well both orally and in writing, possess good telephone etiquette, and be able to work well with the public and co-workers.  Experience in the agriculture or natural resource related field is helpful, but not necessary.  This is not an entry-level position.
